Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support to leadership team of Lead Generation · Management of administrative duties for our Community Stewardship, Purchased leads, and Field Marketing · Calendar management of Community Stewardship, Purchased Leads, and Field Marketing events · Meeting minutes for any Community Stewardship, Purchased Leads, and Field Marketing meetings · Keep updated records for Field Marketing Milestone Project · Manage the photo procurement process and creation of the Field Marketing Milestone Project files · Organization of proposals for all Field Marketing incentives and travel · Organization of proposals for all Communities Stewardship and Field Marketing events · Create and edit presentations as needed · Assist in processing Lead audits on case-by-case basis Requirements: · Position is can be in-person, remote, or hybrid · At least 3 years of experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity · Extremely professional with a customer-oriented mindset · Must be self-driven & highly motivated · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, PPT, Access, Outlook) · Excellent communicator, high attention to detail, and very organized · Must have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize · Work extremely well under pressure and thrive working in a fast-paced environment · Proven track record setting and achieving goals · Experience using Salesforce is a plus What We Offer: · Competitive pay Base Salary $55,000/yr · Comprehensive Paid training included (typically 4-5 days) · Supportive and collaborative work environment · Opportunities for career advancement within our company · Amazing benefits: 401(k) available with match Benefits package including available medical, dental, vision and life insurances About Trinity Solar For 30 years, Trinity Solar and its Roofing Division has been a trusted name in renewable energy and roofing solutions.
