Who we are: Founded in 2011, Clearly Filtered ( has established itself as a trusted brand in the direct to customer, e-Commerce space by specializing in providing customers with powerful water filtration products that are designed to help people reduce their exposure to the harmful environmental toxins found in tap water. Our customers don't have to worry about what chemicals, toxins, or contaminants may be lurking in their tap water because of what our filters capture!

We are hiring a Customer Experience Agent based out of our Rancho Santa Margarita, CA office and we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time, non-exempt position based out of our office located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA*. Our full-time shift is Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM!
*This is an in-office position, not open to virtual/remote accommodations.
What you will do: Provide exceptional, outcome-based customer experience via multi-channel communications.
- Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and clearly, adapting to each customer.
- Clarify, troubleshoot, and problem-solve customer issues using a warm and friendly tone.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products and stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting techniques to effectively assist customers.
Be a reliable, credible, and collaborative team member.
- Invite feedback to grow and improve customer interactions.
- Promote a culture of process improvement.
- Proactively identify trends to problem-solve and process improve.
Embody a service-oriented, positive attitude and mindset.
- Represent our company in a positive way.

What you need to have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or SaaS, customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent phone disposition, calm and friendly.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge with various CRM and customer support platforms (Gorgias, Shopify, Loop, Recharge, etc.) preferred.

Compensation: $32.00 - $33.50 per hour ($54,080.00 - $56,615.00 annually, due to shift schedule) depending on experience and qualifications.
