Pay Range: $22-25/hr

Flexible Schedule: 15-24 hours over 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input detailed financial transactions.
• Assist accounting professionals in reconciling cash accounts.
• Identify and address missing information and documents on individual cases.
• Track and maintain organized client records using client databases and document management systems.
• Take on special projects, applying your analytical skills to new challenges.

Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• A passion for data, spreadsheets, and numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using database and document management systems.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
