We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Inbound Manager to join our finance team. This exciting role is pivotal to our organization's success, as the Inbound Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inbound operations and ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our company's bottom line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, warehouse management, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and unloading procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all inbound operations, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize operations and increase profitability.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage warehouse inventory, track shipments, and analyze operational data.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all unloading procedures are followed correctly and safely, minimizing product damage and maximizing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align inbound operations with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise inbound team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse space and layout to optimize storage capacity and product accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in inbound operations management, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, warehouse management, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and unloading procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize operational data to drive decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and company policies related to inbound operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
