Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Los Angeles, CA - 90011

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: Starts at $30/hour

Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruitment will work closely with the HR Assistant Director and Chief Human Resources Officer to research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies. This role is essential in attracting a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our organization. The successful candidate will be proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and will take a lead role in participating in job fairs and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate recruitment plan.
  • Actively participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Implement efficient and effective sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • Screen applications, schedule interviews, and oversee the preparation of interview questions and selection materials.
  • Partner with hiring managers during the offer process, advising on salary ranges, start dates, and other details.
  • Serve as a liaison with local employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Assist with general HR duties, including onboarding, performance management tracking, benefits administration, and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and staffing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
