OVERVIEW Releady is partnering with a premier cloud-based identity management solutions provider to find a Staff Technical Program Manager. This role will focus on spearheading essential, cross-functional initiatives for their Customer Identity Cloud Product Unit. The Staff Technical Program Manager will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to establish, enhance, and streamline intricate operational procedures. This includes tasks such as defining requirements, ensuring alignment across teams, establishing project timelines, and overseeing continuous delivery and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Field, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to manage complex, large-scale projects. Clarify needs, secure team commitment, set timelines, and shepherd activities from design to delivery.
- Structure, manage, and improve programs - structure, launch, and lead ongoing or time-bound initiatives within and beyond Engineering and Product. Prioritize tasks, ensure efficient execution, define program processes, and provide continuous transparency.
- Take a hands-on approach to unblock roadblocks, introduce efficiencies, and implement workflow solutions. Foster collaboration across teams to maintain focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Provide clear, consistent, and accurate status updates on initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned on program goals, commitments, risks, progress, and deliverable quality.
- Demonstrate expertise in mapping dependencies across initiatives and teams. Manage and mitigate risks to program deliverables, and effectively coordinate work across disparate teams.
QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of technical program management experience leading and delivering large-scale software development programs in a remote, SaaS product development environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders - both technical and non-technical, including executives - and influence them across a matrix organization.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and prioritize data-driven execution.
- Demonstrate a passion for tackling complex, ambiguous problems and delivering high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions.
- Experienced in applying Agile and other program management methodologies effectively.
- Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced tech startup environment.
- A technical degree and/or experience in software development is a strong plus.
