Welder (Flux Core and Pulse Arc)
**Compensation:**
+ Local Residents: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour
+ Non-Local Residents: $22.00 per hour plus $150 per day untaxed per diem (Equivalent to $35 an hour on just a 40 hour work week)
Location: Hollywood, SC
Job Description: We are seeking experienced Welders with a strong experience in Flux Core and Pulse Arc welding techniques to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
-Perform Flux Core and Pulse Arc welding on various materials and structures.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
-Conduct inspections of welds to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
-Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working order.
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
-Proven experience in Flux Core and Pulse Arc welding.
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
-Certification in welding is a plus but not required.
